I would like to share my experience with Marie Dinsmore and the Dinsmore team when I was forced to negotiate a short sale for a house I owned in Georgia when I lived in Florida.
As I said, I live in Florida but I had known Marie when I lived in Georgia. I called Marie, explained the situation, and told her to short sale the house. I said I didn’t want to spend one dollar out of pocket and I never did. From the time I signed the listing contract, Marie listed the house, got rid of the tenants, and, with the help of her associates, satisfactorily negotiated with the first and second mortgage.
All I had to do was fill out the initial package, explaining my circumstances and reporting my financial condition. After that, Marie would send me an occasional form to sign and email back to her. The whole process took four months. I didn’t even have to go to the closing.
